I came to know you from several published works, mainly on mental health policy.
I am the President of the Scientific Section for Child &Adolescent Psychiatry, in Polish Psychiatric Association.
Our Society will organize international Conference in Poland on 9th of June 2006 "Psychiatry in developmental population in Poland: to identify obtsacles, assess its burden and find the way out".
This Conference will take place along with annual Conference of UEMS Child and Adolescent Section.
There are many problems and difficulties in creating appropriate policies in promotion and preventing mental health of youth.
The situation of Child and adolescent psychiatry as well as mental health of youngsters is not well.We intend to talk on such issue.
In this Conference many Polish outstanding authorities will attend, with vice-minister of Health, officials from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice and so on.
Prof. Tsiantis, President of UEMS CAP and Prof. Namyslowska National in Poland CAP Adviser and probably Prof. E. Caffo President of ESCAP will have lecture.
May I have great question for you and ask you to come to Poland and to give us lecture as well?
We will organise all logistic matters.
This Conference will take place in Torun, which is very picturesque medieval town circa 200 km north-west from Warsaw.
